The Fast 800: What did I eat? Part 1

I know you all wanted to strangle me when you saw the title but I am not going to give you my weight loss results just yet. This week it is all about what I ate on the first four days of my fast 800 diet. Below are my calories consumed and what I ate.

Day 1 – 20 April 2019

Breakfast:

  • 1/4  of The Mango Melter – 170 calories

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of Miso Soup – 84 calories

Dinner:

  • 2 x Vegan Cream of Mushroom soup (the Kitchen girl) – 352 calories

Snacks:

  • orange – 62 calories
  • Soy milk cappuccino – 70 calories

Exercise:

  • workout – 45 minutes
  • steps from Samsung Health –  92 calories lost

Total consumed Calories: 738 calories

 

Day 2 – 21 April 2019

Lunch:

  • 4/5 serving Vegan Breakfast Bowl (Jolly Miller cafe) – 526 calories

Dinner:

  • 1/2 Tomato Soup (healthy nibbles) – 83 calories

Snacks:

  • Soymilk capuccino – 70 calories
  • Peach and Pineapple tea – 0 calories

Exercise:

Total consumed calories: 744 calories

 

Day 3 – 22 April 2019

Lunch

  • Tomato Soup (healthy nibbles) – 160 calories

Dinner

  • 2 x Quinoa & Lentil stuffed Vegan Cabbage – 542 calories

Snacks

  • Large Soy milk cappuccino  – 105 calories

Exercise

  • steps from Samsung Health –  257 calories lost
  • Gym workout – 45 minutes

Total consumed calories: 807

 

Day 4 – 23 April 2019

Lunch

  • Quinoa & Lentil stuffed Vegan Cabbage – 271 calories

Dinner

  • 2 x Cream of Broccoli soup – 124 calories

Snacks

  • 2x Dark Chocolate piece – 84 calories
  • Large Soy milk Cappuccino – 105 calories
  • Soy milk Cappuccino- 70 calories
  • Short Cappuccino – coconut milk – 70 calories

Exercise

  • Soccer training 90 minutes – lost 892 calories
  • steps from Samsung Health –  146 calories lost

Total consumed calories: 741

Next week I will share with you the last 3 days of my fast 800 diet.
