I was approached before Christmas to do a podcast about my blog post  9 tricks to Overcome Insecurities in a Long Distance Relationship.

Which I was excited to do as the only reason I started this blog was because of my long Distance Relationship. If I could help someone with their insecurities and also make them aware that it is normal to feel this way. Why not?
